The Bund 3, built in 1916, was the first all-steel building in Shanghai, formerly known as the Bank of England. In 2004, the world's leading architect, Yuan Michael Graves, rebuilt the historic building into the Bund III. This groundbreaking renovation not only retains the building's former glory, but also shines the gorgeous charm of Shanghai in the 1930s and becomes a fashionable landmark for modern Chinese lifestyles.
