The Lighthouse Review

The Lighthouse made for an intriguing stop during my whirlwind 2-day tour of Glasgow. Given that I wanted to take in as much as possible without rushing through things, stopping here made perfect sense because it was a mere 5-minute walk from my hotel AND it carries a lot of historic and cultural value. 

Glasgow, population 600,000, Scotland's largest city and the fourth largest city in the UK, located in the mouth of the R. Clyde River in the west of central Scotland. Administratively, Glasgow is under the jurisdiction of Glasgow City (City of Glasgow), one of Scotland's 32 first-level boroughs (called unified management districts), and has been the ruling area of the UK Labour Party for years. The Greater Glasgow region has a population of 2.3 million, accounting for 41% of Scotland's population. Glasgow is the third largest manufacturing city in the UK, after Birmingham and Leeds. Manufacturing was once the city's central industry, and shipbuilding on the River Clyde was the top priority.

Lighthouse, a building that looks very attractive. Worth a look.

In an interesting place, the building is like a lighthouse, and the interior space is quite large.

It's a free classic worth seeing. It's not a good place to find a small alley, but the omnipotent Google map guided us to find the lighthouse. You can take the elevator to the top floor and enjoy the Glasgow panorama. There are different art exhibitions on each floor. Friends who like art should not miss them.
