Much like Shenzhen's Overseas Chinese Creative Industry Park, there are some pavilions in the park where tickets are required. Adult pass (including small trains) is NT 149, and children under 12 are exempted from tickets. But if you want to take a small train, you have to pay NT 99. This ticket is actually not necessary to buy. There are several pavilions that need it. Most of them can visit, take photos, walk around some literature and art shops for free of charge. Trains are pediatrics. It's absolutely weird for adults to sit on them. It takes about two hours to walk around the park, including a meal and a drink.
