Located in the strip of Waikiki at the end of Kalakaua right on the ocean. This quaint little aquarium houses the species known to the Hawaiian islands we may have the opportunity to see but a lot more on land. Beautiful sea life that captive many who witness them. It also rents out the lawn for weddings, corporate events and proms as I had the honor to chaperone. Beautiful setting for a beautiful place to see many of the islands sea life spectaculars. Great for families!!!

Founded in 1904, it is the second oldest public aquarium in the United States. Since 1919, the Waikiki Aquarium has been an institution of the University of Hawaii at Manoa. It's just a 15 minute walk west of Diamond Head Beach Hotel.

This is a groovy way to see ocean life up close and personal. One of may favorite pics is one of my son in the giant clam shell. Great place to show keiki the life under the sea.

Wonderful day to go was the 112th birthday celebration. Admitted for $4 with plenty to see and do.

It is a small aquarium but very welcoming! There are many interesting species to observe and learn from. The people are very nice. This place actually works as fund collector for research at the University of Hawaii and conservation programs! Loved the jellyfishes!!

A small but excellent spot on the edge of Waikiki to get acquainted with the local marine life. Run by the University of Hawaii. Plan for a 2 hour visit
