弗拉基米尔的水獭是一座已经有着100多年历史的老建筑，他以前是这座城市的消防水塔，现在已经弃用被改建成了一座博物馆。造型非常的浑厚敦实，里面的展览也是俄罗斯的消防历史，非常值得前去观看。

水塔是一座很悠久的遗产，很巨大的一个人工建筑，都是很特别的结构，水塔也是很坚固的，目前已经不再使用了，不过的这里的样式还是可以拍照的。

在金门的路口向南大约500米的坡上，有一座砖红色的水塔，水塔不是很高，大概三层楼的样子。这座水塔是弗拉基米尔历史上一直在使用的，不过现在已经变成了一个小博物馆。

城市一个很古老的建筑，水塔也是一个功能性建筑物，在水塔的内部能进到很多生锈的痕迹，这里的蓄水系统也是很特殊的构造的，砖红色结构也很特殊哦。
