Wicklow Mountains National Park Review

Wicklow Mountain National Park is a park with the beauty of the Irish wilderness. It has majestic mountains, dense plants and a historic and mysterious castle. At the same time, there are full-time actors here blowing Irish bagpipes, you can really feel the long history and culture of Ireland, and the perfect natural landscape, really not to be missed.

We drove to Wakelo Mountains National Park, a trip that was mainly car tour. Take a map of the national park at the Visitor Service Center, then drive along the road to see the natural scenery that looks like Ireland at a valley high. The winding mountain roads stretch in the quiet valleys, the dense forests upright on the slopes, and the running river jumps in the bumpy ground. We parked on the observation deck, although the weather was gloomy and the photo effect was hindered, but the scenery we saw made us feel the vastness and quietness of the natural scenery of Ireland. Meeting several self-driving tourists from Eastern Europe here, they are very friendly greetings, and it is a common thing to meet tourists from all over the world who travel by car in Ireland. But quite speaking, there are still fewer opportunities to see Chinese people in Ireland by car, and most Chinese people are participating in group tours. Then we drove into the tourist road in the Wakelo Mountains National Park, where there are few vehicles, and the scenery on this road made us praise all the way, and the reason for praise was actually because of the mountains and wild mountains in front of us. Although this road is cloudy, but occasionally can see a little blue sky sky, at this moment, God is not raining we are already very satisfied. Built in 1991, the national park is located between the rolling mountains of Wicklow and covers an area of 204.8 square kilometers, and it is also one of the six national parks belonging to the Irish Heritage Administration. The information said that the Wicklow Mountains in front of us were formed by the collision of ancient Europe and ancient America 400 million years ago, and the earth's crust was raised. I didn't expect this land to have such a long history. There are also two small lakes in the national park, upper and lower lakes, plus different landforms and vegetation layers such as alpine, marsh, lakes, etc., which are beautiful in nature and contain vitality in the vast area. We parked many times along the way to see the scenery, and the lakes and mountains seen in the second half were more beautiful. It was a magnificent view, a nature without carving, a wide and rolling. The scenery is more charming than the English countryside, the nature is more attractive than London and Oxford, and the vastness is thicker than Scotland.

Entering Wicklow National Park, the landform immediately turned sharply. The rolling hills and landforms of Wicklow County, known as the "Irish Garden", a large area of virgin forests, foggy lakes, time seems to have not left traces in Wicklow County. Glendalough Grandalo is in Irish for “the valley between the two lakes,” as the name implies, a valley with two lakes. Water vapor is surrounded by mountains, and the dark lake is located on the ancient monastery site and round tower, simple and quiet, mysterious and romantic, empty and beautiful. Celtic crosses, like clover, are the most famous symbol of Ireland. They are also witness to the Irish devout Christian faith. These crosses stand on ancient monuments, like silently telling the changes and vicissitudes of history. Today, the monastery of Glendalor is scattered, and the broken walls of the temple are still there, showing the sacred and solemnity of the year.

Not sure if this refers to Ireland's Wicklow National Park. If so, it is worth a visit. Europe has always been good mountains, water and scenery, no food or drink, no gas here.
