Yaoquan Temple is the first temple in Jeju and the largest temple in Asia, because there is a god water that can treat all diseases, so it is called Yaoquan Temple. Yaoquan Temple is a temple built in the early Buddhist style of Korea, 30 meters high (equivalent to 10-story buildings), a total area of 3,305 square meters, located in the size of 2,652 square meters of the Great Hall of Light and the 3-story Palace; there is also a cave Buddha Hall, Samsung Pagoda. On the front of the Buddha Hall, the 5-meter-high main Buddha Piluzhana Buddha was placed on a 4-meter-high platform, and huge vine flowers were carved in both directions on the left and right walls. On the separate pillars of the Buddha statue, two golden dragons were carved from the bottom up, and the dragon's image of the god of the protection of the law was carved into lifelike. In terms of the Buddha Hall alone, it is the largest in Asia. There is a 18-ton Buddha clock in the bell tower opposite the Grand Hyatt. This place is not only a place for Buddhist disciples to worship Buddha, but also a place for tourists visiting Jeju to make a wish.
