An experience of fine dining under the starsOMG this place is amazing. Fine dining at its best. American Chef, Frech food training using local Balinese ingredients. What a superb combination. We chose the 6 course Grand menu and enjoyed every single dish. Staff were very friendly and attentive and gave detailed descriptions of the food placed before us. I especially liked the display bowl of ingredients that was given to us at the beginning of the evening so we could see the variety of ingredients used. The amuse-buche was A-MAZING! Not for the feint hearted in terms of price but to celebrate a special occasion its a must.
