El Club Allard Review

The first feeling of entering the restaurant is elegant, too elegant, the table with white dining cloth gives a clean feeling, when the food is served, it will feel exquisite, too exquisite, and the taste is quite good, but the price is a bit expensive, after all, the installation needs a little cost.

Sicily grilled fish ～ deep sea longevity fish, a big one, has a roasting feeling, the fish meat is tight and tender, and there is no small fish thorn, very satisfying, delicious, rich soup, with potatoes, olives, tomatoes. recommend!

Before going to Spain, I planned to set up a Michelin restaurant, because the reservation time is relatively late, there are not many restaurants to choose from. According to the itinerary, ElClub Allard was finally set. This is a Michelin two-star restaurant located in the Casa Gallardo building. A modernist building designed and built in 1911 is not very easy to find. I almost missed the 9 restaurant environment and dishes are in line with the Michelin restaurant standard. After entering the door, there will be a waiter to help you take off your coat, the service is very good, and then someone will take you to your seat. My girlfriends don't drink, I ordered champagne alone as a pre-dinner wine, champagne is delicious, and I feel great. It takes three hours to eat a whole meal. There are more than a dozen dishes. When each meal comes up, the waiter will explain the composition of the dishes. During the meal, the chef will also come over to ask if he is satisfied with the dishes. Each dish is an artwork, a visual feast. The amount of each meal is not large, but the whole set is eaten and very full. After eating, you can go for a walk in the nearby Plaza de España for a meal. ⑤

El Club Allard deserves more than just 1 Michelin star as the cuisine, service and quality are at equal of some of the 3 Michelin star restaurants. We had such a wonderful experience and are very very full after 3+ hours of sophisticated dining at its best. I highly recommend this place to all.

A great restaurant with a great selection of ingredients and drinks and a great combination that highlights the food and stimulates taste buds on all levels. The service is very friendly and it is a recommended restaurant.
