The imitation rice restaurant was founded in 1925 by the former Qinggong Royal Sukhumvit Chef on the north shore of Beihai. The name is "imitation food", which means to make dishes based on the method of the Royal Sukhumvit. It has been in business for more than 90 years. "Fake meals" brand Mr. Shan Laoshe wrote, this is the only business in Mr. Laoshe's life written down. The restaurant's dishes are exquisite, finely produced, beautiful in color, and nutritious. In 2011, the production skills of imitation food (Qingting Royal Food) were listed on the national intangible cultural heritage protection list.
