Here you can only choose a menu of 4 or 5 dishes you can customize, or a set of 8-course menu. We chose a package of 4 dishes, which is enough. A meal starts not one person, not two, but 6 servings are different - interesting. We forgot to mention that my wife doesn’t eat meat, and a lot of pre-meal-front dishes have meat, but they were especially happy to help us and immediately offered to replace the meat-included ones, even if our fault really didn’t mention it before, which was a great start, The thoughtful service continued the whole meal. At first, I felt really cool with the octopus appetizer: a single room, a large piece of octopus, made perfectly (not difficult to chew) and a Korean sauce made with red peppers, spicy, but not a lot. My wife had a mushroom appetizer but it was quite good. The second dish included a rice, and I chose a Spanish spicy sausage - a Spanish paella. Very delicious and well furnished. The third dish I had lamb, cooking low temperature cooking, ginger spices. My wife eats, which is also made by cryogenic cooking. Both dishes have a delicate perfectly balanced flavor and a presentation of professional but simple construction. For dessert I have "hot corn". This is the best course for me. Some kind of ice cream shape looks like a corn cob with spicy dust, and a white chocolate sauce under it. It's not generally good. I have to say this one is priced at $90 for a 4 course dinner (I think the lobster dish here costs extra), and I think it is a very cheap quality of food. They have a very good wine for you to choose from the list of glasses. Their wines are expensive ($18-20 per cup) but, in general. I think this restaurant is a good value.
