I don’t eat roast duck in Beijing. It’s like I haven’t been to the Great Wall. I don’t know how many times I have come to Beijing. Every time I come, I must eat cheap. The roast duck is full of oil and fat but not greasy. The meat in the duck is delicious. It is really a perfect match with spring onion and sweet noodles. I will come back to Beijing next time. Much better than Quanjude roast duck!
