Arrived before 11 o'clock, very lucky to set lunch for the day. When I entered the restaurant at 12 o'clock, many diners had already started dining, and the adjacent table was Japanese and there were business people. Many waiting for dinner gathered at the bar, stood, sat and drank pre-dinner wine. On the wall are the Michelin medals and some old photos obtained in recent years. The restaurant is not luxurious, and the tables and chairs are all logs. The waiters are elderly in the water, all well-trained, fan-fan, and very attentive. There are many types of steaks on the menu, and I don’t understand it. Some single products are very high. We ordered steak for two and a fries, and we ordered MEDIUM. The steak came up, we hadn't taken a picture yet, and the old gentleman waiter skillfully removed the meat from a large steak T-bone, cut it into pieces, put two pieces in each of us, and poured the sauce. The steak tasted good, with pink in the middle and it was tender. Finally, the checkout, plus the tip, paid more than $130. This store does not accept credit cards, only debit cards and cash. The steak and chips are large, and the rest are a pity. Before leaving, the old man sent the steakhouse chocolate gold coins to commemorate the 125th anniversary.
