As a baking enthusiast, I have always wanted to try the most delicious cookie in the world. This trip to New York specially included the handmade biscuit store levain bakery in the itinerary. We didn't open the door when we arrived. The blue facade was very special. We sat on the wooden chair at the door and waited for the first one to rush in. The store is full of baking fragrance, with only a small row of seats by the window. There are a lot of people coming at once, and the clerk is very efficient and friendly. The dough is indeed fermented with pure natural yeast, and the flexible taste is particularly good. My favorite is the chocolate walnut cookie, the sweetness is just right, the rich chocolate, the walnuts are a lot of super fragrant. It's perfect with a cup of coffee. Each cookie is expensive but the taste and portion are worth it! There are more and more people in line when leaving, and there are many people standing at the door eating cookies with relish~
