My wife and I discovered this treasure after a bus trip, because it just put us in Stanley, where the main street is exquisite and European. We enjoyed our time here, whether it was food and drink, watching people come and go and service, so we took a taxi from Central Hong Kong to enjoy it on the last day! Unlike another review I saw, I ordered fish and chips and found that I couldn't finish it. The service is also like those popular restaurants, and needs to wait patiently. Relax! The first time we came here, the boss Rolf (seems to be the boss) took us to a table because the other waiters were too busy. We just happened to see the main street, an open-air restaurant with beautiful views. There are also many types of red wine and beer. The second time we came, it was a little better than the first time, we ate two of the best salads we had ever eaten, fresh and well made, one with octopus and the other with oysters. Rolf is not far away, he is also greeting other guests, greeting students after class, and will help call the waiters and blame them when needed, he said the restaurant opened 46 years ago. If you come to the "other side" of Hong Kong Island, you must come here, and Stanley Market shopping is great.
