Escargot found!Good menu, tempting specials but no sign of snails. But after a quick request to one of the staff they were found and served up in a garlic sauce. First visit to St Germain and it was a great evening. The atmosphere is relaxed and staff were on the ball. Between the 3 of us we had the fois gras terrine - gorgeous - and snails to start. Main dishes were the steak tartare, pork and red mullet all of which were well cooked and presented.This restaurant is not on any of the main drags in HK so no need to rush, and has the advantage of being at the terminus of the Tram. Well woth a visit.
