Le Du is one of Bangkok's best fusion western restaurants, designed in Japanese style. The single-person custom menu includes five secret curry sauces, Nyonya curry, durian curry, leek & dill curry, Ma Sanma curry, Chu-chee curry (a Thai red curry). The pork neck is thick and juicy and the entrance is instant, with multi-layered vegetables to relieve greasy, side dishes & dill curry. The squid is as smooth as the flat rice noodles, with lemon frozen and seasoned spices around it, making the fresh taste more complete. In fact, each dish has ingenuity.
