Good Food, Good but not Great - Needs more WorkWe tried the 4 course menu and enjoy most of our meal. The staff was welcoming and attentive, some servers did struggle to explain each dish when its serve due to the language, but cant blame them. Owner seems to like to talk and greet westerners at the table more than asians (not a biggie, just an observation and no offense).The only let down was when we order a prawn bisque, it was not fully cooked in the middle. We ask the waiter to make it fully cooked, when it was brought back. It was still not fully cooked. We cut into the prawn for her to see, it was still translucent color in the middle compare to the outside. The waiter argue with us that it was cooked and that is how it suppose to be, as if we dont know what we are talking about. I love prawns and eat it frequently, I think I know the difference between fully cooked or half cooked. Waiter should not have argued with us, that left a taste and experience.Most people may ...
