I have been here twice. Because the owner Jesse is a funny guy. He is from Guam and speaks fluent English. A charming and talkative person. He has been living in Japan and has a lot of good stories from his experience in the bar/restaurant industry. He has a good taste for Japanese whisky. You won't find exotic and rare barrels here, but there are enough malt whisky to satisfy most people's curiosity. Drinks are about 1,000 yen per bottle (Japanese whisky is fully supplied). It is unclear what the price of beer and cocktails is.
