Bebek is a concrete cave built into the side of the Wiedikon tram station. From outside it looks a little unpromising, but inside it has lovely high ceilings with "arabesque" chandeliers and a spacious layout. The food is middle eastern themed, and unlike most restaurants in Zurich it offers a comprehensive array of vegetarian options. The service is friendly, if a little slow (like much fo Zurich they can't afford as many servers as you would have in markets with cheaper staff!). We had vegetarian mezze for 3 people and two beers each for 153 CHF - expensive by world standard but typical for Zurich. The food was really good - flavourful, with a good variety of dishes and more than we could eat between us. Overall this is a great find, especially if you have vegetarian guests.

Nice coffee bar, you can drink coffee, eat a cake, chocolate brownie is good, chocolate tastes very rich, the best selling is this, Panini can also do, the main ham is good.

If you're looking for some Arabic/Lebanese food you have to go there. Went there last Sunday for lunch and was super surprised. The quality and the taste of the food was delicious. They also serve 'continental style' breakfast if you don't wanna go with Arabic but it's worth trying it. The only negative aspect is that it's quite huge and it might get a bit noisy but it didn't bother us at all.

I had heard great things about Bebek and had high expectations as a result. The reality was that, although the food was good and the location attractive, I found the staff indifferent and unforthcoming. I wouldn't go back in a hurry.
