I had dinner here on my own as staying nearby and the staff were lovely and attentive. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The food portions are really big so only choose starter if you can share (they gave me a takeout). I had tomato balls like a tomato bhaji which were awesome and the shrimp spaghetti which was not so great. All ok just the prawns were tough and the sauce very plain. Starter, main, 500ml wine and water was 30 euro

    5/5Outstanding

Really friendly family run taverna, perfect for a spot of lunch en route exploring the island, great food including the best tomato balls I tasted while in Santorini"

    4/5Excellent

Needed a refresher after the Akrotiri sites and this place was perfect for just that. It's a tiny village centre but a few people recommended it and couldn't be happier with it. Very good service with an extremely friendly waitress taking care of table. The ingredients were all fresh and it came through in the dishes. Definitely recommended if you happen to be in the area.

I went by this restaurant on our way back from Akrotiri heading to Fira. We were too hungry and this restaurant was in sight. There was no view, just a regular restaurant. Wasn't expecting anything fantastic (never read their reviews too), but I was pleasantly surprised by the food that we were served! Great fried shrimps and fried calamari. Great grilled octopus but honestly at this point of time I've had many better (tried the highest few rated restaurants in santorini). Nonetheless i was happy with the food that i had there. Would recommend if you're in the area, but not worth making the long trip from elsewhere.
