David Fischer is my nephew. I know most people will think: biased. But, I am starting with this to play it clean. Since David was 5 years old you liked to cook. This ended up taking him to have an international cook upbringing. La Pergola, in Roma, L'Arpege, in Paris and so many other stoves all around the world, until he opened Hos Fischer (a translation would be @Fischer). The restaurant is in a cute piazza where in the warmer seasons you can have your meals at tables under trees. The ambiance inside or out, is cozy, the pasta is homemade and one of the best you can get, anywhere, in the world. I am a journalist, travelled all around the World for years as a travel writer and was part of a team for a conceited Brazilian travel Guide- Guia 4 Rodas -, that also classified and gave stars (and also took them away), for restaurants in Brazil, where I live. I love David and his serious work at Hos Fischer, and the fact that he doesn't charge me for the wine. But then you have to be his uncle and he be sure that I will always be honest and unbiased about his food. Excellent food!
