#定位#10号线豫园路站/2号线南京东路站均可到达,步行时间约15分钟~定位外滩三号,窗边望去皆是浦江美景~可见万国建筑群,可见对岸之东方明珠~若是晚上前来,必定情调更佳~#环境#餐厅以素雅为主,白色为主调,但是每桌的花朵点缀并不显单调~酒吧及厨房均触目可及,地位相当,想必是西餐的特色吧~大厅的座位主要为2人、4人、6人座,包房的长桌相当有感觉了~非常适合约会、小聚的地方~#三道式#所谓三道式,就是在菜单中选择三道菜品(除面包),基本是前菜+主菜+甜品的配置~另外酒单如下,如果是非酒精的话选择性略显局限,不过也算是杯杯精品了~#面包#两种款式的面包,配上有着淡淡咸味的黄油,很好次了~麻薯一般的面包,掰开能清晰看到里面的纹路,面包很有韧性~坚果+果干的面包,分量十足,一口下去核桃、蔓越莓的口感十足,不加黄油也很好吃了~#餐前小点#三文鱼加脆米、黑松露芝士球、青豆汤的组合~三者要按照顺序吃会更有感觉哦~三文鱼和脆米之间的酱料,中和了两者的口感~黑松露芝士球是第二个下口的,非常醇厚的口感~在一淡一浓之后,温热的青豆汤完成了最后一步的组合~#煎蛋卷配蘑菇、芝士、火腿和烟熏三文鱼#前菜的分量都可以做主菜了有木有!圣女果和土豆饼作为点缀,主食材用蛋皮所包裹~圣女果切成四分之一的样子,经过温度的炭烤,更加促发了自带的甜味~土豆饼由细细的土豆丝组合而成,煎炸的手法,外脆里糯~蛋皮没有什么味道,主要由内料进行调味~蘑菇、火腿和三文鱼被芝士完美的结合,软糯的蛋皮加上丰富的食材,回味无穷~#煎和牛牛柳,大理石花纹5级#牛柳为主,菠菜为辅~金灿的底之下是软糯的菠菜饼~菠菜饼之下是水煮的菠菜,带着淡淡的甘甜~牛排和菠菜的组合外面还是比较少见的~但是意外的合拍,菠菜的甘甜和牛肉的本味,完美组合~牛排经过浇汁和胡椒,进一步调味~5分熟的感觉,完美的将食材的至臻本味表现出来~酱料也不能喧宾夺主~#热情果和巧克力蛋奶酥#蛋奶酥的别名就是舒芙蕾,在吃的时候一定要争分夺秒,速速品尝~最佳的口感就是烘焙后刚出炉的蓬松之感了~巧克力的组合让口感更佳丰富,当然百香果的调味也能让它别具一格~#西柚青苹果#、#柑橘莫吉托#无酒精鸡尾酒,颜值超级高~西柚青苹果主要还是西柚的果甘味,青苹果点缀了一点清香之感~柑橘莫吉托有点类似于金桔柠檬茶的感觉,比较爽口~建议先搅动下再品尝,不然会觉得有点过甜~
