Based on good reviews we read, we bought two takeaway boxes of lunch and boxes for noodles. There was no queue, the service was good and the price seemed to match other similar restaurants. I think one of the freshness of this restaurant is watching your food cooked freshly in front of you. However, it also means you can see the various foods prepared, not always in good light. Benton box: We had tempura shrimp (my kids love tempura batter) and found they were just reminded of something from a molded tray frozen and fried tray that I could buy at a Chinese grocery store near my home. Although fresh edamame, steamed or cooked, seems to have no taste and seems to have been left in the fridge for too long. The pickles and (looks like) seaweed are good, it also seems to have come out of a jar. The rice is ok, but no exceptions. As for the noodle box, it is light. Overall, I don’t think it’s a good value.
