I was having this ramen twice, once on the street corner, I forgot the location name but it has no chair so we must stand while we eat (facing big street). The second time was the main one at dotonbori. Why I'm having this ramen twice is because when we eat the first one, it was amazing! Eventhough the man was alone at the stall but it was perfectly executed! The meat was thin and tender and the broth just was just right. That's why I was curious about the main one, I expect better but turns out not that way. The meat was thicker and not as tender as the first one and the broth was not thick enough. Maybe because more crowded there (wait for half hour). If you travel alone or just a couple its best you try to reach the standing stall. Worthy.
