Gasthof Obermaier Review

I researched gluten-free restaurants in the Munich area prior to our trip so we could take my mother who has celiac disease for some traditional Bavarian food that was Gluten Free. This restaurant was recommended so I booked a reservation. To our surprise, not only was the gluten free menu amazing and filled with tons of traditional bavarian food (wiener schnitzel, etc.), but the regular menu was extensive and the food, both regular and gluten free, was fabulous! We went in March so it was still cool out, so we did not sit outside but the inside restaurant was lovely - very traditional bavarian decor. The service was excellent! Our waitress was so patient, friendly and helpful. My mother was particularly thrilled that they had gluten free beer! We all had amazing meals and I would go back in a second!
