Maude Review

A somewhat famous Michelin-star restaurant in the Beverly Hills area of Los Angeles, the facade is not very eye-catching and it is easy to miss accidentally. The shops facing the street have not many seats. At the busiest time, the kitchen plus reception staff, the number of guests exceeds the number of dine-in guests. The restaurant needs to make an appointment in advance, prepaid deposit, no need to order food at the store, and enjoy the package directly. One by one, can't stop. If there are few people in the same group, sit at the bar and enjoy the food production process up close. Each food, exquisitely presented, fresh material, rich spices, diverse tastes and layers, and on-site explanations, the service is very intimate. After the dinner is used up, it will be guided to another door number a few steps away. There is a dessert and beverage area on the second floor, which is simply another scenic line. The outside is very inconspicuous, but when you get inside, the layout gives a very warm feeling. After sitting on the Chef table, the handsome chef came to chat with us and felt like a restaurant. All the dishes and intimate service are very good.

The dessert in the restaurant is my first recommendation, the milk is full and the beauty is very good. Speaking of location, although there are many large restaurants nearby, I don't think there are many that are comparable to this family. The first recommended food, the cowboy row is also great.
