Shu JiuXiang Hotpot Restaurant (ZiJing) Review

Yujiuxiang hot pot, the bottom of the pot is very good, super spicy. The ingredients are fresh and refreshing, and I ordered small stew, ice powder, Jiuxiang beef, lunch meat, fresh hair belly. The taste is great, the seasoning is on, it is quite delicious!

It is the first time to come after the renovation of the Jiuxiang Bauhinia Store. Chengdu's exquisite hot pot is getting more and more. The taste of Jiuxiang Red Pot has nothing to say. I focus on the fungus soup pot. Chicken soup is bottomed, Shanzhen mushrooms are matched with insect grass flowers, and some kung fu barley slices are just reaching heaven. Here the four-square grid pot bottom is not not local, is really understandable.

This branch of Xujiuxiang Hot Pot is near Chengdu South Railway Station. The store is relatively large and the decoration is typical Sichuan-Chongqing style. Xujiuxiang is a very authentic Chengdu old hot pot. The bottom of the pot is full of spicy and worth trying.
