小吊梨汤是老北京一道秋冬季的热饮,当时的北京城盛行这种饮品,堪与豆汁齐名,京城的大街小巷,饭馆酒肆,都有它的身影,无论坐商或是走商均以铜制提吊做为称量梨汤的器物,一吊为一壶,半吊为半壶,这就是小吊梨汤“吊”字的由来……【小煎猪肝】我记得叫小炒猪肝,猪肝用油煎好,酱烹饪,搭配韭菜,补血下酒的好菜【梨球果仁虾】强烈推荐的一道菜,虾做的到没有很特别,仔细瞧瞧碗中的球状物体,那是梨球,真的巨好吃,我百度了一下梨球的做法,回家试了几次都没有成功,很佩服厨师的手艺。【招牌甜品干酪鱼】这个菜真的很厉害,做工很精细,将布丁奶酪做成了一条乳白色鲤鱼的形状,浇完黑糖汁后味道鲜嫩微甜,布丁的软硬程度极佳,动一下盘子,里面的鱼就跟着晃,真跟活了一样。干酪鱼入口即化,适合饭后品尝,味道真的很纯正。推荐:招牌甜品干酪鱼、传统小吊梨汤、小煎猪肝、核桃酥
