    The receptionist was surprised when I told him how poor OodieLibrary at Helsinki was for letting me use their computer and I could use their computer for as long as I wanted

    I am here right now using their computer and no worries unlike Helsinki library where I needed to have a card and be a resident of Finland. The man at the reception desk was most helpful
