This beach is very dark. Because the sand is black, it gives a black feeling. However, many buildings are white, which fits the color match.
Bailisha Beach is a naturally formed bay and relatively quiet. The sand at Beilisha Beach is black, uniform in thickness, clean without dirt, and the sea water is cool and clean. There are no tickets to the beach, free entry and exit. In summer, straw umbrellas are lined up along the beach, which is very spectacular. The lounge chairs under the straw umbrellas are free and can be used freely. There are many restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, and sporting goods shops on the promenade parallel to the coast. There are also many water entertainment facilities, such as sailing boats and speedboats for hire.
Beware that black sand gets HOT. Out of all of the beaches on the island, this one was one of my favorites. It was a bit touristy, but you could still find some locals hanging out. That being said, since the sand can get hot, bring your own chair or rent one out for a few euro.
