北海道地区唯一的日料米其林三星餐厅。提前一个月预定成功，餐厅主要以怀石料理为主但与京怀石略有区别。餐厅主厨从洞爷温莎度假酒店的杜氏赞歌走出来了温味这家店，总体水平配的上三星的称号。煮物碗，寿司和生蚝刺身让人印象深刻。煮物碗的刺激性味道掩盖的恰到好处，豆腐水准一流。寿司外形美观，鱼生和米饭的味道配合的天衣无缝，美味至极，寿司米饭捏合的够紧密，这在做怀石料理的厨师里面属于非常高的水平。生蚝刺身是我吃过的最美味生蚝没有之一，生蚝通过各种调料腌制，几乎吃不出生蚝的腥味而且隐约有一点甜的味道，让人流连忘返。八寸的摆盘和我预想中有一点差距，没有那么惊艳漂亮。最后以水果果冻结束，在冰镇的温度下爽口，沁人心扉。之所以和京怀石有区别是最后没有抹茶收官，等了半天才发现水果完了已经结束。综合评价：米其林三星实至名归。
