Queuing for popular restaurants, near Jingfu Palace, wearing Hanfu to go to eat, the soup is rich, no flavor light, there is glutinous rice easy to be greasy, everyone praise and praise, see personal taste, kimchi delicious. Try fresh.
Thought there was no queue at noon, there were still so many people waiting. Not all Chinese, so we didn't fire it. Queuing was fast, and went in a little while, like a courtyard. Getting in the house, you need to take off your shoes and sit on the floor. Satisfied and returned.
In order to find the legendary chicken ginseng soup point, asked more than 10 people, tossing around to the Guanghua Gate, finally found, because missed the meal point, close to 2 points, actually no queue to eat, with the eyes of food, no white go, really delicious. Very good!
I was really scared when I found the chicken soup shop, lined up about 100 meters, at least two hours! I don't know if we were hungry, anyway, it was particularly delicious, we killed the food in ten minutes!
I am a local here and I have tasted half of the best ginseng chicken soup in town. All my friends from overseas loved this place and to me, it sounded too touristy and refrained myself from trying it out, until last Nov when my friend from HK dragged me into the place. And I was so glad that she did! It was the best ginseng chicken soup I had in my 30 something years of life in Seoul. The broth was thick as I liked it to be and the chicken so fresh and soft. Coming with the soup, kaktuggi kimchi was amazing, just right spice and fresh for the thick broth! Lesson I have learned form this visit! Never be biased not to try places out even they are known as a tourist place. (There must be reason why there is a huge line everyday) coming back definitely again and recommending to my local buddies!
I saw the long queues line for this restaurant, i had to wait for 30mnts, but it worth to wait. It taste good. I was in summer seasson. Travelling on summer made me easily tired, this food gives me more energy as it has gingseng on it. U should not miss when u are in korea. A whole Chicken broth with gingseng and sticky rice, served with wine gingseng (this really strong) . I cant finished the whole by my self, it a huge portion for me. But all the korean finished them well. :D
is goos woo like .
A famous traditional local restaurant in Seoul, Samgyetang is rich and delicious. The decoration style is very Korean, from the facade to the inside, there is a Korean feel, and the service has no choice. The menu specifically describes how to eat ginseng chicken soup. The soup is thick and the chopsticks can easily pull out the meat. This restaurant is built in a very unique traditional hanok, in some locations you need to take off your shoes. Except for the courtyard and kitchen, the rest of the rooms are open for dining.
Seoul is a famous chicken soup, not big, but it is very deep inside, can accommodate hundreds of people at the same time. When we arrived at 12:30, the queue at the door was at least 50-60 people, but it was our turn in 15 minutes, very fast, must not be frightened by the long dragon at the door, because the waiting time is not long. The food is very good, the price is also affordable, the pickle radish is free to eat the taste is too good, remind the girls not appetite, two people a chicken soup is enough, seafood cake is very good is too large, we two girls can not finish eating.
