Shanghai Sanxuan Temple is located at No. 244, Sanxuan Beizhai, Changning Road, Changning District, Shanghai (Kaixuan Road, Anhua Road). It was built in the first year of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty (1522 AD), and was founded by Shi Dechao, the chief of the criminal department.
