I went to Shanghai Disney for my 26th birthday and it was a total blast to the past. I hadn’t been to Disney since I was at least 6 years old with my parents, twenty years later, here I am again! Make sure you’re going on a non-holiday because you will spend most of your time waiting to have fun...
must do while in Disney, Cheesecake Factory. oh. my. goodness. I’ve been living in China for too long I almost forgot what home tasted like, this was everything.
If you are living in Shanghai, and ever dreamt of how the wonderland will be ? Here it is, at the very end of Line 11 in Shanghai metro will take you to that out of the world experience. A day in the world of mickies, donalds, goofies, pirates and many more. I have been here twice, but missed the fireworks show the first time. So the bottom line is: Don't damn miss the fireworks show 🎉🎊 !! Although it happens late around 9pm, it is worth the wait. #shanghaidisneyland #lightthecity #urbanexplorer #lightthecityshanghai
✨Shanghai Disney was just the spark of fun needed for a good day experiencing the joys of childhood memories! Getting away, wearing fun Disney ears, eating popcorn and Mickey Mouse icecreams made for an exciting, sugary day!
Do you like Disney...how many Disney parks have you made it to worldwide? Have you made it to all of them yet? ✨

We were at Disneyland for two days and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Seems like a good time to come if you do not mind the mild cold because the queues are short. Went on a Thursday and the queue for the rides were only 5-10 minutes, with the exception of Tron, Seven Dwarves and Soaring Over the Horizon. Even managed to get three fast passes! Went again on a Friday and queues were significantly longer, with queues at Soaring at about two hours. My recommendation is to come Monday to Thursday to maximise the number of rides. Overall, December seems like a good time to come as it is not the school holidays. #wintergetaway
As the first Disney resort in mainland China, Shanghai Disney Resort is a world-class family entertainment destination. It features Shanghai Disneyland Park, an entertainment district, two themed hotels, recreational facilities, a lake, and associated transportation hubs. One unique aspect about Shanghai Disney is the way the park incorporates Chinese tastes into its design. With plenty to do and fun for people of all ages, the Shanghai Disney Resort is certainly one of the city’s premiere attractions.
