It is said that this Workers' Culture Palace was built when it was first liberated. It is often rated as ＂ Jing'an District Civilization Unit ＂ and ＂ Shanghai First-level Workers' Culture Palace ＂ and Shanghai General Union ＂ Exploration and Innovation Award ＂.
