These two weeks are the best time for Shanghai's flowers to bloom. Tulips, peach blossoms and cherry blossoms are in full bloom. This year, Shanghai stopped a lot of tulips on the Bund. From No. 3 on the Bund to the Waibaidu Bridge, walking along the way, the tulips of various colors are so beautiful. The lights on the Bund will be on after 18:00 in the evening, and the tulips under the night scene are also really romantic! If you haven't planned where to go during the Qing Ming holiday, why not go to the Bund?

💙 Everyone who travells to Shanghai probably will end up at the Bund, nit only because the most hot walking street or Nanjing Road ends up here, this is because The Bund is full of historical buildings and it has the most amazing view on the peral and the buildings of Pudong across the Huangpu river. No matter when u come, the view is guaranteed.
The Perl tower and Shanghai globe-shaped hotel are already the signature buildings of Shanghai, so u need a picture of this view for sure.
There is only one building on this side of Huangpu that is quite scary, it is right next to the bridge and looks like one of those abandoned mansions with gosts, that are always featured in the horror movies (last pic). Actually this is a very famous buildings and part of the old history of the city, it is called Shanghai Mention and out is a... 5* hotel. If u have time, it would be interesting to drop in. The interior of the hotel is worth seeing and they have nice afternoon tea offers.
The view from the other shore of the Huangpu river is great as well, but very different (pic 1). So u probably want to visit both sides.
Also I strongly recommend the evening cruise ob the river, the view is amazing. U can take the boat right on the Bund, the price is around 120 per person.

#tripaway without any doubts, this is my favorite spot in all Shanghai! The bund! The Bund or Waitan is a waterfront area and a protected historical district in central Shanghai. The area centers on a section of Zhongshan Road within the former Shanghai International Settlement, which runs along the western bank of the Huangpu River in the eastern part of Huangpu District #shanghai #china #asia #architecture

Shanghai, the city of the past, present and future.
During my time in Shanghai I was mesmerized by the futuristic aspect of architecture and neon lights at The Bund, at the same time the past was presented everywhere with traditional Chinese streets and parks.
Something that struck me the most was the diversity of food around the city and I never had to go hungry!

Additional Information
Introduction
Arguably Shanghai's most-famous tourist attraction, the Bund is a waterfront promenade and famous business district in central Shanghai. Historically, the Bund was the city’s main financial and trading center, and was located within the Shanghai International Settlement, an area under nominal British control between 1843 and 1941. The walking areas extend roughly 1.6 km along the west bank of the Huangpu River. Owing to its historic status and zoning restrictions, the Bund contains fantastic examples of classic Shanghai architecture. For this reason, it is a popular spot for photography, offering the best views across the river to Shanghai’s modern skyline in Lujiazui. No visit to Shanghai would be complete without a visit to the Bund.

Shanghai punching in, not bad not bad not bad not bad not bad not bad not bad, it is worth taking photos, remember
Bund is an area with lot of buildings surrounded by. It's so nice to go and relax. Most of the time it will be crowded. Heard it's more beautiful in nights. but couldn't get a chance to be there at night. You can also see so many bridal photoshoots also there.
Wow!🤩 The view there is everything! 🥺Totally worth visiting if you are in Shanghai!
This is a MUST attraction when you are in Shanghai. Absolutely worth the visit! Very touristy.
The Bund is always a nice area to visit and the amazing view of the river never seizes to amaze. Coming from East Nanjing metro line 2, the street was recently converted into a pedestrian street right to the Bund. If you check 247 tickets or Smart Shanghai you might also find some exhibitions you can visit usually at Bund nr 3 or further down the street. The lovely area behind the Peninsula also hosts some evening street festivals certain times of the year. There are many lovely rooftop bars around like Captain Bar on Fuzhou Lu, or Lost Heaven, and East Namjing street is now a pedestrian street right down to the Bund. You can even take the ferry, using your metro app or card to cross to the orher side of the river where you will find a row of lovely restaurants like Chilis, Fat Cow and more a 10 min walk from the Ferry to the left after you exited, or 10 min walk from Lujiazui Metro line 2
The light show at The Bund is so beautiful! It is also such a nice area to walk around and just enjoy the boats on the water and the view of the buildings around it!
the best place to go strolling and chilling with friends.
