The park is located in Baoshan High-tech Park, east to Xinlipu, south to west to Matang, west to industrial road, north to Jinqiu Road, the total area of 32.12 hectares, of which the land area 28.89 hectares, and the water area 3.23 hectares. The park base was originally a warehouse land for textile raw materials company, leaving industrial elements such as textile equipment pits, fire pools, stone and lightning rods. The park takes the theme of "intellectual" as the theme, makes full use of industrial relics, respects the original historical style, highlights the characteristics of creative industries, combines plant landscape space, and forms a new cultural highlight in the park's green space. There is actually a small football field and a small basketball court in the small park for everyone to try for free, which is really tempting for young friends.
