Canglong Mountain

The most dangerous thing about Huashan Mountain is Canglong Mountain. This is a steep ridge line. The steps are on the ridge line and a step away. It is like walking on a cliff. The only way to go from the North Peak to the Golden Lock is to remember not to look back, because it is also very steep. Some people will be afraid of turning back.

This is also a must-pass road for hiking, this side is also relatively close to the North Peak, just one-way walking, so can only go up and down, if you take the route of the West Peak to the North Peak, you may only be able to go there specially, after all, it is not on the way.

Now the steps are added, and the fences on both sides are reinforced. It is especially convenient to walk, but because the road itself is relatively narrow, it will be slower to go completely, and everyone's progress is not the same.

In winter, Canglong Mountain, ice and snow, snowflakes and ice edges on the mountains and surrounding trees, [the scenery] is more majestic and powerful, don't have a feeling.

Take the Beifeng cableway or walk up the North Peak of Huashan Mountain, then fold south, wipe the cliff, and go up the ladder, there is a Changling in front of you, it is reckless, straight into the sky, like Canglong vacated, so it is called "Canglong Mountain", the steps on this mountain are only 2 feet wide, and the sides are ten thousand feet deep. The momentum is as steep as a knife and ax.

Canglongling is one of the famous dangerous roads of Huashan Mountain, which is located under the Wuyun Peak of Tainan, Jiuku, and is named for its black exterior and its hanging dragon-like terrain. Its thin edge, a thousand feet of terrain makes many tourists fear, the most famous is Han Yu crying for help story and triggered a lot of relevant allusions and examinations, and the place also left the cultural heritage of the "Korean retreat of the investment book place". During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the mountain began to build steps, and ended the Republic of China period, a total of more than 530 steps were built. In modern times, in order to prevent up and down blockages and protect the safety of tourists, a mountaineering re-routing was opened in Canglongling East Feiyuling.

Canglongling is the only way to go to Huashan West Peak. You can take the Beifeng cableway directly to the end and walk about 50 meters to the right road. After wiping the cliff, cross the Woniushi to Dulong Temple, you can directly see the whole Longling. Canglongling visually measured more than 100 meters long, less than one meter wide, from the geographical point of view is the ridge, but both sides are smooth cliffs, fall will die undoubtedly, and only this stone ridge can pass to the opposite, walking on it is indeed a little scared. Speaking of this, I remembered a legend about Canglongling, it said that when "Tang Dynasty literary scholar Han Yu toured Huashan, plucked up the courage to climb the "Canglongling", looked back, saw the mountain road so dangerous, shocked, thought it was difficult to survive, so wrote a suicide note to drop down the mountain, and cried. Although it is a bit legendary, it also shows the danger of Canglongling. Although this distance is not far, because both sides are cliffs, it is more difficult, it is recommended to climb here to rest for a while and pass. It is best to bring gloves and grasp the iron ropes on both sides hard to avoid slipping and injury. Climbing Huashan must bring gloves and enough water, which is available everywhere. This narrow long dragon is the only passage connecting the north peak and the southeast and west three main peaks. Longling is as steep as a knife blade, which is called the third risk of Huashan outside the "scorpion turn over" and "long-air plank road". There is also a small attraction under Longling is [Dulong Temple]. Although the Dulong Temple is very small, it has a long history. It was built in the Northern Wei Dynasty. It has a history of 1,500 years. It belongs to the rare thousand-year-old ancient temple in Xi'an. In ancient times, because Canglongling was known as the feng shui dragon vein of Shaanxi. Huashan Linggen gathering place, so the way is booming, the incense is strong, many believers come from other places to make a wish, pray for peace! The most spectacular from afar, the bare white stone wall next to it also makes people feel the magic of nature, and the mountains in the distance are spectacular here, and there is a road hall at the foot of Canglongling without tickets.
