    Nice for sunset, that's about it.

    Nice to watch sunset for an hour or less. That's about it. People take beers up there and music so prepare for that.

    There is a map of all the islands off the coast of Mackay on a plaque

    The map is very interesting and it is a good view from the lookout, albeit very windy. You can also see the rock pool down the bottom.

    Take a few minutes to enjoy the expansive views

    A quick trip out here will not take long. Great views and there is a telescope for whale spotting. Elevated with views over 2 bays.

    Lamberts Lookout is a good place to visit for views of the Australian coastline and ocean, it is said to also be a great place for viewing turtles and birds but mostly for whales during migrating seas...

    Great viewing

    There are three lookouts in a row. You get a slightly different view from all of them. We saw two whales Eve though they were a long way out. Done up very nicely
