Watching an early Indian Buddhist art exhibition in Seoul, South Korea
This exhibition is in the special exhibition hall of the National Museum in Seoul. The regular exhibition of the National Museum is free, but this special exhibition requires a ticket of 10,000 Korean won, about 55 yuan.
This is probably the most expensive ticket I bought during my seven-day free trip in South Korea. Tickets to other places are very cheap, for example, a combined ticket for the five palaces in Seoul only costs 8,000 Korean won, and it is valid for three months; most of the attractions I went to do not require tickets.
The special exhibition ends on April 14 this year.
Look at their layout, it's thoughtful and comfortable to look at.
In fact, there are often foreign exhibits coming to domestic museums for exhibition. The problem is that if it is a popular exhibition, there are too many people. I remember that year when the British Museum came to Shanghai to exhibit '100 Artifacts in World History', obviously this is a top-level exhibition, but you have to queue up. I was on the scene, but I didn't see it because the queue was too long. At that time, I thought, just go to the British Museum.
Usually I think there are too few cultured people in China, but when you go to see a good exhibition, especially a free one, it seems that everyone is cultured.
The next post will write about regular exhibitions.
A nice museum and close to the Ichon metro station and a park.
very nice place to visit. 사유의방 is famous. can bring kids and goods are pretty.
Korean National Museum. It's very large with a total of three floors. There are restaurants and cafes inside.
Going on Sunday afternoon. Compared with domestic museums, there are many fewer people. Korean history is relatively simple
At this museum, I got to learn about the entire history of South Korea. The exhibits were organized by time period. The last floor also had artifacts from other corners of the world. I spent hours because there was so much to learn about! I highly recommend this place for history buffs and curious people!
The view is so nice we can clearly see namsan tower from here hehehehehehehe
The place is so nice and big, theres a lot of walking to come here but worth it
