Delighted to find this place. Off the main drag, very full on a Sunday evening, with reasonable prices.  Recommended white wine (&euro;24 bottle) excellent.  Starter, main and coffee for three :&euro;137.  Good, medium-priced meal.

Malvasia

It is not surprising there were only 2 other tables taken. The glittery white decor is somehow cold, which sums up our experience of Competent but not friendly service. A bad feeling exacerbated by a &euro;17  cover charge that brought us no extras other than a miserly portion of oil to compliment the unexceptional bread - and no plate to eat it from

This restaurant was one of our faves in Taormina.  The view was outstanding, the food was upscale and delicious.  The wait staff was attentive even to the point of making sure we had a taxi to return to hotel.

Medusa bistro during the day and night, this is still a hotel, next to one of the city gates, there is a small post office, there are many cute kittens here! The small hotel is really thoughtful, very literary!

Noisy kids party was abit off putting hence the the three score for ambience, shame really as we both enjoyed the food. The staff were very good also

This wine bar was a lovely place to spend an evening. We had a salad, a focaccia and some tapas to share, everything was delicious. Bit dubious of the seating at first - a very low stool in the alley outside of the bar, but this was actually a great spot for people watching. I had the wine taster menu and each wine was lovely and an interesting choice.

True professionals who got the job done.  Patience as the on task kitchen gets a tad overwhelmed.  Good value prop.

This is one of the best restaurants that we ate at while in Taormina, there were 10 of us and everyone was so accommodating. Definitely worth a visit!

We have visited Malvasia for a number of years, it&rsquo;s a brilliant family run restaurant. The food is fantastic and the staff are lovely, often mama is there cooking, we have never been disappointed, highly recommended.

It is a gem in taormina! Typical sicilian food, in a beautiful and simple setting where you feel the passion and live of the owners. A must go
