はせ川主做猪排料理。这家人气炸猪排店使用栃木县平田牧场的三元豚，菜单里只写了定食，除了猪排之外还会附上白饭，味噌汤，小盘配菜，酱菜等。肉质甘甜、柔软又多汁，沾上酱料，有甘口、辛口之外，也推荐搭配盐或芥末食用。最特别的是厚切极上とんかつ ，店家还会在料理之前先让客人确认食材，2800日圆、220g的大猪排，虽然有点贵，但绝对会物超所值！

和其他日本小店一样装修朴实干净，二十几个座位。交通很便利，两国车站出来两分钟就是啦。虽在小路但也很好找，猪排炸制是选用的三元猪和金华猪，因肥瘦相间所以外酥里嫩就更明显，肉味也比较浓厚，米饭和沙拉都是可以免费添加的。

Here, Hasegawa, is the Michelin Starred Tempura restaurant near the South Gate of Kinshicho station and closed on Sunday. They offer only Omakase course (chef&#39;s recommendation course) at 15000 JPY = 125 USD p.p. The capacity was 10 guests at the counter table and one table for four guests, approx. 10-15 guests in total, and only three persons were working including one chef. 20 Tempura and a dessert were served for two hours and they were tasty. The drink menu did not mention the prices. FYR, a bottle of white wine which we had, Chablis, cost 9000 JPY. The prices were a bit higher for this location, but this restaurant can be an option, if your budget allows, to relax with Japanese cuisine. Tempura restaurant with Michelin Star is rare.
