In Korea Town, the closest place to Christie Pits Park, there are two consecutive Indian restaurants in a small building: Madras Masala and Banjara. Madras Masala are more focused on South Indian flavors. Many outdoor seats, enjoy the fresh flowers and plants of the park.

Madras Masala

Treasure restaurant. I just like this affordable and delicious [screaming]. I ordered carne asada roast beef. A dish from the past to dessert (fried bananas). The freshly squeezed melon orange juice is also delicious.

I ordered a double package that included Mexican sweet balls (the favorite one inside, just came up the outer layer crispy with chocolate and original cream sauce is a bit of a rhythm) tuna crispy tower mouth (the mouth is bread in the cake, seaweed is nothing special) avocado tortilla (like, Perfect with avocado jam) Pineapple beef burrito (with three sauces, I ate the original pineapple with beef tasted great) and beef rib burrito (carnivorous love, very sincere weight I only ate a third) a very good atmosphere party place

The Korean Kitchen Business hours are unusual: 5pm until 3am the next day, closed every Tuesday. Located in Korea Town, mainly Korean cuisine. There is a karaoke hall next to it.

Machino Donuts The doughnuts are unique: Vegetarian, rated as the best vegetarian doughnut in Toronto. There are some flavors: matcha, caramel mango, cinnamon, London fog. In addition, roasted marshmallows and carrot cakes are sold.

Banjara, Bangala, a nomadic tribe in India. Banjara Indian Cuisine is located next to the park of Christie Pits, outside the Christie subway station. There are the best butter chicken in the city, Indian rice.
