Spirithouse was originally located in 487 Adelaide St. W, and was sold in 2018. In 2021, I came to the ancient brewery area and opened a new store. Whisky, cocktails and other alcohols. Food is limited to the best Spanish appetizers (tapas) with the hotel.

This steakhouse is really superb, the service and quality of the dishes are very good, the best steak I have eaten in Toronto in the past few months, the price is not cheap, the hotel has someone to help parking for 25.

First of all, the opening of 🍞 has been a victory shot. ▫️ Sourdough Natural Fermented Acid Bag is the best I have ever eaten in the Mainland. The acidity is balanced, which continues the excellent inheritance of the Hong Kong belon restaurant. Very satisfied~ ▪️ Front dishes and head plates: comte cheese black truffle, sardine toast, bamboo shoots fish tower, French crystal egg = no big surprise and no mistake~ ▫️ Main course: potato balls gnocchi, slow-boiled eggs, pigeons, all three are great, Potato balls can be said to be improved very well suitable for Chinese stomachs 🌟 ▪️ sharing dishes: roast chicken and roast lamb saddle have learned before they come to belon supervision, even if they are not in one dimension, they can still be said to be &quot;a standable 🐔&quot;; The saddle tastes relatively light, and the grvy is not very like it. It is recommended to avoid it. ▫️ Dessert: I like the chocolate dumpling tower too much. The dumplings are very strong. Madeleine ordered two plates, with William pear sled, delicious!

If you&#39;ve just landed a big contract, this is a place you should consider for your celebration. Our group were seated at their outside patio, which was roomy and shaded but offered good views of the passing traffic. The interior looked very inviting. Service was top-notch. They were especially patient with our large, loud group! I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. It&#39;s not actually tapas but patrons can get some quality food as they sip some fun cocktails. If you are in Toronto for a conference, this might be a good place to unwind.

Whilst I&#39;m sure this place makes a mean Whisky Sour, I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a quieter spot to have some decent scotch. I went with my girlfriend for a quiet dram and there were two glaring errors. 1 - They didn&#39;t have just a straight list of what scotches they had. So you&#39;re either going to need to look at their website (assuming its up to date) or ask the server if you can look at their iPod ordering app (as nice as she was she looked terribly confused when I shouted Ardbeg at her to try and get heard over the noise of the place). Whisky bars never have a totally consistent scotch line up, but ALL other bars I&#39;ve been to in the city, that know what they&#39;re talking, about have some kind of list. 2 - When our drams did turn up they were in huge cocktail tumblers normally destined for Old Fashioneds, or whatever. Anyone who knows about scotch knows that when you serve it straight, you serve it in some kind of nosing glass, e.g. A Glencairn. This is a pretty basic thing, and looking around the bar that night they obviously hadn&#39;t run out of clean ones. This probably sounds like nitpicking, but coupled with the loud atmosphere it really wasn&#39;t the experience we were looking for. It seemed like the bar staff didn&#39;t know anything about scotch, or didn&#39;t care. And for a bar the supposedly has a lot of knowledge on spirits, these are pretty basic things IMHO I&#39;m sure they do a decent &quot;Sex on the Islay beach&quot; with some nice nibbles.... But scotch lovers be warned!!
