It is the Oirase Keiryukan in the Oirase Keiryu in Aomori Prefecture. I went by JR bus from Konoguchi on the shore of Lake Towada. The bus stop stops in front of the Keiryukan. In the small building, there were panels that seemed to be helpful for exploring the Oirase Gorge and art works using the imaginary mountain stream. It was cold so I had hot coffee and apple pie.
