This is our third visit to the restaurant. Very nice and pleasant, especially for families.

Food was amazing, wine was amazing, staff was amazing - just amazing

When entering the restaurant, we were greeted with a particular but a very pleasant scent of spices. Also the interior itself was gorgeous, well-kept and the staff was very nice. A lot of other customers too, as the night went by. The appetisers were fresh and full of flavour, but don&rsquo;t even get me started on the main course. Food freshly, well-cooked, bursting with flavour. You can taste every spice as you eat your food. The chicken was also very juicy and tender, if you happen to order a dish that has chicken in it. We were never surprised in a bad way during the night there, everything just went smoothly until we left the restaurant, all more than satisfied. If you happen to think about visiting this restaurant, you won&rsquo;t regret choosing it at all. The Yoga restaurant is a spot-on for people who not only love food that is bursting with flavour, also spicy (there are also things on the menu for people who don&rsquo;t like spicy food), but also for people who are looking for a warm environment where not only you can enjoy amazing food but just fully enjoy your experience there, relax, have fun with your family and friends.

Amazing dinner with a group of 6 people! All the dishes were above expectations and the service was very very generous and professional.  Can recommend to anyone who wants to have some Authentic Indian food .

Great staff, lovely atmosphere and good food! We had all of our favorite dishes and we enjoyed it! I don&rsquo;t live in Trieste but I would happily return to this restaurant!

I love the ambience of this restaurant. I find the food is good and reasonable. I would highly recommend this place for those looking to eat Indian food in Trieste.
