Maowusu Desert

The Maowusu Desert is one of the four major sandy areas in China. It is located between Yulin area of Shaanxi Province and Ordos City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, covering an area of 4.22 10,000 square kilometers. It is located at 37°27.5′ ~ 39°22.5′ ~ 107°20′ ~ 111°30′ ~. The Great Wall runs from east to west through the southern edge of the desert.

Since the beginning of desertification control, vegetation has been widespread, and the color has become bright green. Jingbian has been difficult to find the desert of real significance.

In the north of Tongwancheng, which is far from the Jingbian of northern Shaanxi Province, is the Maowusu sandy land in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, formerly known as desert. Because of the relatively successful management, it used to be called sandy land. It's not the same today. Okay.

The desert surrounded by oasis, formerly called Camel City, is very suitable for tourism after being transformed. Friends who like the desert must not miss it.
