Additional Information

Over one hundred years ago, the Vienna Secession was created to be a place for contemporary artists, who were beyond the fold of their peers, to show their work in an environment where it is still appreciated today. The Secessionist movement struck inspiration to an entire culture of art and lifestyle. The stunning stone building foretells what lies inside with its giant, golden copula gracing the rooftop. While browsing the halls of fine art, stop off at the gift shop to bring home a memento of your travel and have lunch at the cafe.
