From Hasst to Wanaka, it is the most beautiful part of the journey, driving through two lakes Lake Wanaka and Lake Hawea. Basically, they all go along the lakeside, and the lakes and mountains are all beautiful. Since the glacial movement 10,000 years ago, Lake Wanaka and Lake Hawea have been formed. The two lakes are adjacent and there is only one place called The Neck Java to separate them. The Neck is only 1000 meters wide and the glaciers are divided into two. Lake Wanaka is the source of the Clutha, New Zealand's largest river. Lake Hawea flows into the Hawea River and meets the Clutha River in Albert Town. First pass through Lake Wanaka, and then go a little further to the neck. In fact, when driving, you can't see two lakes at the same time. Instead, Lake Wanaka will be followed by Lake Hawea. When we turned a corner, Lake Hawea suddenly appeared in front of us, and we all made a wow sound.
